Landmine kills 2 Baloch woman in Dera Bugti

Two women were killed when a landmine exploded in district Dera Bugti of Balochistan on Wednesday morning.

The sources of BRP Media cell reports that the Pakistani forces’ laid landmine claimed two more innocent Baloch lives in “Harank”, an adjoining area of Sui town. The victims were identified as the wife and daughter of Dhani Bux Bugti.

Talking to BRP Media cell Dhani Bux Bugti said that his wife and daughter on their way back to home after working on farm and stepped on security forces laid landmine and were killed on the spot.

Dhani Bux Bugti has appealed to the international community, European Union, human rights organizations and United Nations to take immediate and effective actions against violations of Human Rights and International laws by Pakistani forces in Balochistan  “we appeal them to play their vital role to put an end to ongoing genocide of Baloch nation.” he concluded.

Previously, on 15 August, in another incident, one person was killed and three injured when a vehicle hit a landmine at Dera Murad Jamali. Police said that a family was on way to Chatar from here when their pickup hit a landmine planted on the road, killing one person, while three persons including a woman were injured.
