Berlin (PR): Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz held its central committee meeting presided by party chairman Shafi Burfat yesterday.
The meeting analyzed the political situation of Sindh and discussed administrative issues according to the press release issued by the organization. A detailed report on the organizational conduct and diplomatic efforts was also presented to the central committee.
A new organizational body was also elected during the meeting. According to the press release, Shafi Burfat was reelected as chairman of the party, while Lala Aslam Pathan as Senior Vice Chairman, Ramesh Kumar as Vice Chairman, Shabir Mallah as General secretary and Asif Juno has been elected as Deputy General Secretary of the party for the upcoming term.
The new elected central body of JSMM setup different committees for organizational conduct onward and decided to start a “national awareness” campaign concerning the grave political challenges faced by the Sindhi nation in contemporary times.
Newly elected Senior Vice Chairman Lala Aslam Pathan and General Secretary Shabir Mallah were tasked and authorized to reorganize the political and organizational matters to further strengthen the position of the party on the ground, within upcoming three months.
