KOTRI: Key Sindhi nationalist organization Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) protested the removal of national flags and other nationalist icons from the cities and streets of Sindh by Rangers led LeAs.

Massive protest demonstrations, rallies, hunger strikes and sit-ins were organized in Larkana, Tando Muhammad Khan, Ratodero, New Jatoi, Garhi Khairo, New Saeedabad and other cities of Sindh. Protesters condemned the removal of flags, posters, wall chalkings and other Sindhi national emblems from the cities and towns of Sindh and called it “undemocratic”, “silencing the voices of the oppressed Sindhis” and ┬áProtesters condemned the ongoing state operation against Sindhi’s national movement for freedom and abductions of Sindhi political activists and writers.

They demanded to stop the state operation against Sindhi nationalists and violations of Sindhi’s basic democratic right to freedom of speech, expression, and organization.
